Specialist Nurse/Practice Manager.. European Venous Forum Board Member. Qualified from Westminster Hospital in 1977. Initially worked in nursing and in commercial aviation. Worked in private practice for eminent Consultant Dermatologist. Trained in microsclerotherapy by Mr John Scurr, Consultant Vascular Surgeon in 1986 and treated both vascular and dermatology patients with telengiectases. Continued professional development under the mentorship of eminent Vascular Surgeons including Phillip Coleridge Smith, and John Scurr. Clinical practice includes photoderm for the treatment of facial telangectasia. Training and developing duplex ultrasound scanning of the venous system and foam sclerotherapy skills.
