Vascular Nurse Specialist Amy Sinclair has extensive experience as a ward based nurse. Over the last 10 years has extended her role to include looking after vascular patients. She is responsible for the imaging and mapping of the vascular tree.

Duplex scanning of the veins and arteries provides a non-invasive and accurate way of visualizing the vascular tree. As an expert in imaging and mapping of the vascular tree, Amy uses the non-invasive Duplex scanning technique to visualise veins and arteries to help decide on the best course of management. Amy has developed a huge expertise in sclerotherapy and is highly skilled in the treatment of thread / spider veins.
