BAS conference sponsorship terms and conditions

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment in full is required within 30 days of invoice date.

Failure to make payment by the due date does not release the financial or contractual obligation of the Exhibitor.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation by the Exhibitor less than 30 days before the event will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Cancellation less than 60 days before the event will incur 50% cancellation charge. Cancellation charge after a booking has been confirmed by returning the Booking Form will be at the discretion of the BAS Board.

Should any contingency interrupt the holding of the Conference, the BAS will return such portion of the amount paid as is deemed equitable by the BAS Board. If the date or location has to be changed, no refund will be made but the BAS will assign equivalent space. The BAS shall not be otherwise  liable in the event the conference is cancelled, postponed or relocated.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Exhibitors must comply with the health and safety and other contractual obligations agreed between the organiser (British Association of Sclerotherapists) and the venue (Eton College Services Ltd). A copy is available on request.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

The organisers (British Association of Sclerotherapists) and the venue (Eton College Services Ltd.) are not liable for any damage, loss, delay or expense you may incur on the premises or as a result of attending the event. The British Association of Sclerotherapists assumes that exhibitors are adequately insured, have conducted their own risk assessment and have made security arrangement for sensitive or valuable items.

DATA PROTECTION

The Exhibitor shall comply with all applicable requirements of the GDPR 2018 in its collection, use, processing and storage of personal data from attendees to the Event or otherwise. Any images of participants taken by the BAS photographers or videographers remain the property of the organiser, and the organiser reserves the right to use any such images for publicity or to promote future events.
