Hi I am just starting out in microsclerotherapy and have a couple of questions:
Do all nurse practitioners use Fibrovein as its the only licensed product in the UK? or do you use something else off license?
Do you use a handheld doppler for routine assessment at consultation?

    Thank you

Aethoxysklerol (polidocanol) is now licensed in the UK. You can read this article on our website.

A hand-held Doppler is recommended, but no, not all nurse sclerotherapists use one. You might be interested in this talk https://www.bassclerotherapy.com/dr-stephen-tristram/
