- A dedicated mail out to BAS members and delegates either before or after the event
- A manned exhibitor booth during the event allowing delegates the option to view your video, download a brochure or other promotional material, leave their contact details, communicate with you in real time via a text chat message or join a video meeting in your dedicated breakout room.
- A speaker presentation slot or streamed promo video on the Main Stage in the break just prior to a key session
4 Complimentary virtual delegate places
These can be used by your representatives, or you can sponsor a customer or any other guest to take up one of these places. A competition for a free place, for example, provides excellent scope for publicity.
