How to join

All you need to do is download an application form  here, or ask us to email it to you, and return it with a copy of your current medical indemnity insurance and any sclerotherapy training you have undertaken.

You can then enjoy all the benefits of membership, including an entry in the member directory on the website, a significant discount at the BAS conference on 15th May 2015 and other CPD events, and access to member-only resources.
